In the view menu
at the head of the page click on "Text Size" and select the font
size you prefer.
(2) You can
change the font type.
In the tools
menu at the head of the page click "Internet Options". Select
the "General" tab and click "Fonts". In "Web Page
Fonts" or "Plain Text Font" lists make your choice.
(3) You can
change page and link colours.
In the tools
menu at the head of the page click "Internet Options". Select
the "General" tab and click "Colours", then make your
choices.
(4) When you
move it over an active link the mouse pointer turns into a pointing hand.
(5) You can use

To add or remove
items from the tool bar at the top of your browser window right click the
tool bar and in the "Available Tool Bar Buttons" window select
the shortcut button you wish to add. Now click "Add". To remove
buttons select them in the "Existing Tool Bar Buttons" window
and click "Remove"
To make the text
easier to read try adding the "Size" button to your tool bar,
for quick access to larger font sizes.
